Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place on the baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Flip the florets and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
5. Toss baked florets in buffalo sauce before returning to the oven for another 10 minutes.
