- 8 oz Andouille sausage, sliced

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).

- Stir in shrimp and minced garlic; cook until shrimp turn pink (about 3 minutes).
