Description

These irresistible Cannoli Cheesecake Bars combine creamy ricotta filling, a hint of cinnamon, and a crisp graham cracker crust. A delightful Italian-inspired dessert perfect for every occasion!

 


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, ricotta, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Assemble & Bake: Pour filling over the cooled crust. Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool completely before chilling in the fridge for 4 hours.
  4. Serve: Slice into bars and garnish with extra chocolate chips or powdered sugar, if desired.

Notes

  • For an authentic twist, add a pinch of orange zest to the filling.
  • These bars can be frozen for up to 1 month—just thaw before serving.
  • Pair with a hot cup of espresso for a true Italian experience!
