- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, ricotta, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Assemble & Bake: Pour filling over the cooled crust. Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool completely before chilling in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Serve: Slice into bars and garnish with extra chocolate chips or powdered sugar, if desired.
