  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • 2 cups cooked rice or warm pita bread
  • ¼ cup tahini

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, spices, and salt in a bowl. Coat the chicken and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  3. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
  4. While grilling, chop vegetables and arrange them in bowls.
  5. Prepare tahini sauce by whisking tahini with water, lemon juice, and salt to desired consistency.
  6. Slice grilled chicken and assemble bowls with rice or pita at the base, topped with veggies and drizzled with tahini.
