Instructions

  3. Cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. Roll tablespoon-sized balls of dough in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place them on baking sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
