Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers appear slightly underbaked.
- Toss warm cookies in cinnamon-sugar mixture before serving.
