Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
- 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
- 4. Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream along with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- 5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat each noodle in the creamy sauce. If too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
- 6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked pepper.
