  • 1 cup roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.

  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese, then add drained pasta along with reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
