Description

This hearty Hamburger Pie combines the comforting flavors of ground beef, cheese, and vegetables all encased in a flaky crust. Perfect for family dinners or cozy gatherings, this dish is quick to prepare and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion softens.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk; add shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Combine egg mixture with cooled beef mixture until well mixed.
  7. Pour filling into the pre-made pie crust.
  8. Bake for about 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
