Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Gradually add all-purpose flour and vanilla extract, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
