Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate savory snack, featuring juicy beef and melty cheese wrapped in flaky dough—perfect for gatherings or cozy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury biscuit dough
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Open the biscuit dough canister and separate the biscuits. Flatten each one into a round shape.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each biscuit round.
  5. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch closed to seal.
  6. Arrange on a greased baking sheet, brush with oil or butter, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
