  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mixed colors)
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add garlic and sauté for another minute.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned (about 7 minutes), breaking apart any clumps.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, diced tomatoes with juice, oregano, and basil; simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
