  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and celery; sauté until soft (about 5-7 minutes).
