  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into muffin tins or tart pans to create small pie shells.
  4. Bake crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; let cool.
  5. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering; remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  6. Spoon chocolate filling into cooled crusts, filling them three-quarters full.
  7. Top each pie with mini marshmallows and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
