Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate melts (dark or milk)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk (whole or plant-based)
  • For garnish: whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of silicone molds with the melted chocolate to create a thick layer.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until set.
  4. Fill half of the hardened shells with cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, and mini marshmallows. Seal with another half-shell using melted chocolate.
  5. To serve, drop one bomb into a mug and pour hot milk over it. Top with whipped cream.
