- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee or espresso and allow it to cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth, then add orange juice and zest.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into cooled coffee and arrange half in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and drizzle half of the marmalade on top.
- Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone, and marmalade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
