Instructions

  2. Heat the cream mixture: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until sugar is dissolved but do not boil.
  3. Add gelatin: Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour into molds: Carefully pour the mixture into individual serving cups or molds.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Serve: Run a knife around the edges if using molds and invert onto plates. Top with fresh berries or chocolate sauce.
