Description

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently mix in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet about two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned but centers remain soft.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
