Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently mix in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet about two inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned but centers remain soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
