Description

A quick and delicious appetizer featuring buttery crackers topped with savory ham, gooey Swiss cheese, and a touch of Dijon mustard. Perfect for parties or snacking!

 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 buttery crackers
  • 12 slices of deli ham, halved
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a small amount of Dijon mustard on each cracker.
  3. Layer with half a slice of ham and half a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Arrange crackers on the baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

 

Notes

  • Substitute cheddar or gouda for Swiss cheese if preferred.
  • Drizzle with honey for a sweet-savory twist.
