- 2–3 pounds baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper; rub this mixture over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the seasoned ribs upright in the slow cooker and pour apple cider vinegar and half of the BBQ sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until fork-tender.
- Once cooked, transfer the ribs to a baking sheet, brush with remaining BBQ sauce, and broil on high for about 5 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
