Instructions
- Prepare the Sponge Cake:

- Roll the Cake:
- Dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar. Turn the baked cake onto the towel and peel off parchment paper. Roll the cake gently with the towel while warm. Cool completely.
- Make the Filling:
- Beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in diced strawberries.
- Assemble the Roll:
- Unroll the cake, spread the strawberry cream filling evenly, and re-roll. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
