Instructions
- Blend diced dragon fruit, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lime juice until smooth.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the blended mixture. Gradually sprinkle in agar-agar while stirring continuously until fully dissolved (about 5 minutes).
