Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks Use unsweetened pineapple for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Use full-fat for creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Adjust to taste; can substitute with honey or agave.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional, for added flavor.

Method

Blend Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, and vanilla extract (if using). Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. This step is crucial to ensure a uniform texture.
Chill (Optional)
  1. If you prefer a firmer texture, transfer the blended mixture to an airtight container and freeze for about 30 minutes. This allows it to thicken slightly.
Serve
  1. Scoop the Dole Whip into serving cups. You can use a spatula to help transfer it smoothly. For an authentic presentation, consider piping it into the cups.
  2. Optionally, garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple or a cherry on top before serving.

Notes

For a more authentic Dole Whip experience, serve immediately after blending for a soft-serve texture. If using an ice cream maker, churn the mixture according to the manufacturer's instructions for a creamier consistency.
