  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives finely chopped
Fruit Skewers
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup grapes washed
  • 1 cup pineapple cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup melon cut into bite-sized pieces
Veggie Cups
  • 1 cup carrots cut into sticks
  • 1 cup cucumbers cut into sticks
  • 1 cup bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1 cup hummus for dipping

Method
 

Prepare Mini Sandwiches
  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped chives. This adds flavor and a creamy texture to the sandwiches.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each quarter slice of bread.
  3. Layer a quarter slice of cheddar cheese and a quarter slice of ham on half of the bread pieces.
  4. Top with the remaining bread pieces to create mini sandwiches.
  5. Secure each sandwich with a toothpick if desired, and arrange them on a serving platter.
Assemble Fruit Skewers
  1. Take a skewer and thread a strawberry half, followed by a grape, a piece of pineapple, and a piece of melon.
  2. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the end for easy handling.
  3. Create several skewers and arrange them on a platter for a colorful display.
Prepare Veggie Cups
  1. Divide the carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, and bell pepper strips evenly among small cups.
  2. Add a generous dollop of hummus at the bottom of each cup for dipping.
