Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook pasta shells in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Add sautéed onions and bell peppers; cook until tender. Mix in cream cheese until melted.
- Stuff each shell generously with the beef mixture and place upright in the baking dish.
- Pour beef broth over the shells and sprinkle with provolone cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, removing foil for the last 5 minutes.
