Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (20 oz) cheese-filled ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for one minute until fragrant. Stir in marinara sauce and let it simmer.
  3. Spread half of the marinara mixture in the baking dish. Layer half of the ravioli on top, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat layering with the remaining sauce, ravioli, and finish with more mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh basil and serving.
