  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Return sliced chicken and cooked fettuccine to the skillet; toss gently to coat in sauce.
