Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions.
  2. In a food processor, combine basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
