  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 oz tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from the skillet.
