- 1 cup wild rice blend
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the onion finely and rinse the wild rice under cold water.
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and sprinkle with chopped onion.
- Add the wild rice on top of the chicken and onions evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, soy sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour over the mixture in the crockpot.
