  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture generously over the chicken.
  3. Place the chicken breast-side up in the Crockpot. Optionally, add chopped vegetables like carrots or potatoes around it.
