  • ½ cup cream cheese (for frosting)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Heat milk and melt butter in a saucepan; mix both with beaten eggs into the dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about an hour.
  3. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon, roll tightly, and slice into pieces.
  4. Arrange slices in a greased baking dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
