  • 2 tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until soft and fragrant (about 3 minutes).
  2. Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in chopped bell peppers and canned tomatoes; mix well.
