  • 1 cup pure honey
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about half an inch deep.

  5. Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes per pound, basting with remaining glaze every half hour.
  6. Once the internal temperature reaches at least 140°F (60°C), let rest for ten minutes before slicing.
