- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
