Description

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 drops green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Mint Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or ziplock bag.
  2. In a large bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth; add green food coloring if desired.
  5. Dip each ball into melted chocolate to coat fully and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm.
