- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; sauté until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to mix with mushroom bits. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper. If too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce until well coated.
