  • ¼ cup pistachio paste

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and chopped pistachios.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until just combined.
  5. Fill each liner two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before frosting.
  6. For the frosting, beat together powdered sugar, softened butter, and pistachio paste until creamy.
