  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and minced onion; form thick patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear patties until browned on both sides (about 3-4 minutes each).
  4. Add sliced mushrooms, beef broth, and mushroom soup to the skillet; stir gently and simmer until thickened.
