  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 2 tbsp butter (for topping)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 2 minutes less than package instructions). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine cooked fettuccine and shrimp into the sauce, mixing well before pouring into the greased baking dish.
  6. Mix remaining melted butter with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the pasta bake.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
