  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).
