Instructions
- Preheat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat until it's smoking hot. Season both sides of the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned steak in the hot skillet and sear undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until a crust forms. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
