- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground meat to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until browned (about 8 minutes). Drain excess grease.
- Stir in cooked rice and diced tomatoes. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the mixture in the prepared baking dish. Place sliced bell peppers on top, then add the remaining mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
