  • 6 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey with salt, pepper, and any optional spices. Shape into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  4. During the last minute of cooking, add cheese slices to melt.
  5. Assemble sliders: place lettuce on the bottom bun, add the turkey patty, top with tomato slices, ketchup, and mustard, then close with the top bun.
