  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the sliced mushrooms for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
