Description

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, eggs, half the mozzarella cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round baking dish and layer half of the spaghetti mixture, then add meat sauce, followed by the remaining spaghetti and cheeses.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
